Mil Manos lacked an organized SaaS backend, resulting in fragmented workflows and essential features hidden within outdated menus. Communication between admins and kitchen staff was inefficient, leading to uncertainty and operational confusion.
The team needed a centralized solution that could streamline processes, surface key data clearly, and foster seamless communication through a cohesive, intuitive design
