Restructuring the Pricing Model
Redesigned the pricing experience to introduce clarity, value, and scalability- transforming vague plan tiers into a structured UX flow that supports confident decision-making.
Challenge
The challenge was to redesign the pricing model for MindStudio AI and clearly introduce the perks and features associated with each plan. The original experience lacked clarity and structure- both visually and architecturally. The plans felt vague, disconnected, and hard to compare. There was no digestible system to understand the value of each tier.
My goal was to restructure the pricing experience into a UX that was intuitive, scannable, and grounded in clarity, without overwhelming the user.
How might we give users a clear first-glance view of each plan’s features, while keeping the breakdown seamless and easy to compare?
To begin, I mapped all plan tiers and features in Excel- surfacing patterns, overlaps, and gaps- giving me the strategic lens needed to approach this from both a business and user- first perspective.

Thought Process & UX Structure
From the beginning, I knew this wasn’t just about updating the UI- it needed a full re-architecture of how pricing was communicated. Users couldn't quickly grasp value, and there was no structure guiding their decisions.
I mapped every existing plan and feature into Excel, grouped them by theme, and identified key differentiators for each tier. That helped define what truly mattered to different user types- and what could be left out of the spotlight.
Two guiding questions drove my solution:
→ How can we help users grasp value at a glance, without cognitive overload?
→ How can we support confident decision- making through a clean, guided structure?
Using these principles, I created a pricing experience that works in layer:
→ A high- level summary for fast scanning
→ A detailed breakdown for deeper comparison

Visually, the original page lacked cohesion, contrast, and consistency- none of which supported user trust. There was no system guiding how features should be presented or compared.
With the new design, I built a dual- layered interface:

This structure makes the offering digestible, even for first-time users. The new layout is minimal, scalable, and built for growth- able to support future pricing shifts or feature additions without breaking flow.
The final design doesn’t just communicate pricing- it communicates product value with clarity, hierarchy, and intention.

AI Agent Creation Walkthrough
This flow showcases the redesigned front-end experience for building custom agents- from configuring logic to previewing final outputs. The new UX streamlines each step of the creation process, turning a once-disconnected flow into an intuitive, cohesive journey.

Step 1- Define Agent Output & Intent
The original agent layout was cluttered and disjointed- creating friction for users trying to navigate or extract meaningful value from the output.
The goal was to define a structured flow that clearly communicates each agent’s purpose, while reducing cognitive load.
I began by dissecting the agent’s core logic and asking:
→ How can we create a scalable system that merges UX clarity with UI precision- so users can confidently use these agents across different needs?
This set the foundation for a flexible system that supports both agent customization and output comprehension, no matter the complexity.

Step 2- Map Logic Configuration
Introduced a modular, digestible layout to guide users through configuring complex agent behavior- clearly labeled, logically sequenced, and easy to scan.
This structure breaks the experience into three intuitive stages:
Input → Configuration → Output
The redesign surfaces agent logic as a step-by-step system, reducing overwhelm while enabling deeper customization.

Step 3- Reimagine UX Interactions
Reimagining interaction: Instead of static blocks, users now engage with dynamic logic paths that reveal opposing viewpoints in a conversational tone- ending with a CTA that encourages reflection.
This redesign wasn’t just visual- it restructured how users build trust in an AI’s logic and output.

Step 4- Deliver Clear Value Through UX
The redesigned system surfaces the value of each AI agent by guiding users through a clear, goal-oriented flow.
From output → configuration, the experience communicates what the agent does and how it helps- through a consistent, simplified interface that reflects the logic behind the technology.
The result: a UX that elevates trust, reduces guesswork, and brings clarity to complex capabilities.
The Research Agent
The Research Agent became one of MindStudio's most-utilized tools, facilitating cross-functional insights and deep discovery. The updated experience simplifies complex input mapping and provides users with precise control over tone, perspective, and context- enabling teams to generate strategic, actionable outputs that inform decision-making.

As the product grows, so does the opportunity to make complex AI tools more approachable and surface the full value of what the platform offers.
