As Product Designer at MindStudio AI, I focus on building clarity into every layer of the product- from pricing logic to agent creation. Key areas initially lacked structure and cohesion, which created friction for users and complexity for internal teams. My role has centered on simplifying these journeys, establishing scalable design patterns, and enhancing usability without compromising flexibility.
These improvements support faster onboarding, higher agent engagement, and clearer product-market alignment. I work across systems thinking, usability, and rapid iteration- always aligning design decisions with product vision and real user behavior.

Restructuring the Pricing Model
Redesigned the pricing experience to introduce clarity, value, and scalability- transforming vague plan tiers into a structured UX flow that supports confident decision-making.
Challenge
The challenge was to redesign the pricing model for MindStudio AI and clearly introduce the perks and features associated with each plan.
The original experience lacked clarity and structure- both visually and architecturally. The plans felt vague, disconnected, and hard to compare. There was no digestible system to understand the value of each tier.
My goal was to restructure the pricing experience into a UX that was intuitive, scannable, and grounded in clarity, without overwhelming the user.
How might we give users a clear first-glance view of each plan’s features, while keeping the breakdown seamless and easy to compare?
To begin, I mapped all plan tiers and features in Excel- surfacing patterns, overlaps, and gaps- giving me the strategic lens needed to approach this from both a business and user- first perspective.
Before- MindStudio AI’s original pricing lacked hierarchy, feature clarity, and comparison structure.
Thought Process & UX Structure
From the beginning, I knew this wasn’t just about updating the UI- it needed a full re-architecture of how pricing was communicated. Users couldn't quickly grasp value, and there was no structure guiding their decisions.
So I zoomed out.
I mapped every existing plan and feature into Excel, grouped them by theme, and identified key differentiators for each tier. That helped define what truly mattered to different user types- and what could be left out of the spotlight.
Two guiding questions drove my solution:
→ How can we help users grasp value at a glance, without cognitive overload?
→ How can we support confident decision- making through a clean, guided structure?
Using these principles, I created a pricing experience that works in layer:

A detailed breakdown for deeper comparison

Visually, the original page lacked cohesion, contrast, and consistency- none of which supported user trust. There was no system guiding how features should be presented or compared.

AI Agent Creation Walkthrough
This flow highlights the redesigned experience for building custom agents- from defining tone and logic to previewing the final output, this UX overhaul streamlines the full lifecycle of AI agent creation.
Step 1- Original Agent UX (Before)
The initial layout for this agent was cluttered and disjointed, making it hard for users to configure logic or understand how the AI would behave
Step 2- Redesigned Logic Configuration
Introduced a modular, digestible logic layout to guide users through building complex behavior- clearly labeled, sequenced, and easier to scan
Input -> Configuration -> Output
Step 3- Refined UX Detail
Reimagining interaction: Instead of static blocks, users now engage with dynamic logic paths that reveal opposing viewpoints in a conversational tone- ending with a CTA that encourages reflection
This redesign wasn’t just visual- it restructured how users build trust in an AI’s logic and output
Step 4- Redesigned Agent Ready for Deployment
Final implementation: A fully transformed agent experience- now visually cohesive, strategically interactive, and built for real user engagement.
The Research Agent
The Research Agent became one of MindStudio's most-utilized tools, facilitating cross-functional insights and deep discovery. The updated experience simplifies complex input mapping and provides users with precise control over tone, perspective, and context- enabling teams to generate strategic, actionable outputs that inform decision-making.

The new direction aligns with the product’s evolving vision, improving usability, clarity, and user engagement.
MindStudio is evolving fast, and I'm continuing to lead UX/UI work across the platform- including scaling the design system, simplifying the user experience, and improving how users interact with and launch AI agents. As the product grows, so does the opportunity to make complex AI tools more approachable and surface the full value of what the platform offers.
These design efforts are helping the team accelerate user onboarding, increase agent engagement, and support business model experiments tied to pricing and retention.
